Ideal for non-ATEX Applications
The TOC-750 PID VOC detector is ideal for non-ATEX applications. These can include light industrial environments, medical applications, laboratories, IVF treatment and universities to name a few. The TOC-750 goes through the same test and calibration procedure as its ATEX variant but in a more cost-effective ABS housing. This makes it ideal for use in non-ATEX environments. This device also comes with replaceable sensor fronts and can be hot swapped by the user. This means once the sensor becomes end of life or if you wish to change the range or gas type; you can easily replace the front side of the detector with a pre-calibrated one. Simple, plug and play technology.
Revolutionary 2-Wire Addressable Technology
This PID VOC detector utilises IGD’s innovative sentinel+ addressable cabling, reducing the installation costs by 70% and simultaneously improving the reliability of the device. This also allows for reuse of original wiring when replacing systems, as well as allowing for up to 32 devices on one cable run. The 2-Wire addressable system reduces terminations, maximises system integrity all without bulky wiring and high cost. Our one click auto find and setup, allows for an easier set up and installation in comparison to others on the market. One PID VOC detector has multiple input and output options on this highway which can control up to 7 devices, ensuring maximum flexibility to suit your needs. This also significantly reduces the costs as there is no need for expensive additional I/O cards.
World Leading PID Sensor Technology
IGDs PID VOC detector is designed with a non-electrode UV lamp. This enables the sensor to run for an excess of 15,000 hours and to curtail the effect of sputtering inside the lamp, a major drawback on competing PID VOC detectors. This revolutionises the PID VOC detector, allowing IGD to offer a world leading lamp life and a simple solution to common drawbacks of competing PID technology. The 750 PID VOC detector also has a stainless steel housing and uses IGD unique labyrinth sensor design. This eliminates cross interference from VOCs that can be emitted from the sensor housing and also protects the PID VOC detector from dirt that can migrate into the sensor. This extends sensor life, maintaining performance, and reducing the long term replacement costs. IGDs PID is created with a unique electrode stack, eliminating the common issue of humidity, and enabling a high level of PID VOC detector performance.
