With over 100 years of leading industry experience and being a manufacturer, our team can provide clients with a full turnkey project support. This means that we can help write the specification and help design the gas detection system you require. Providing a full specification with marked location drawings and wiring diagrams. As part of the turnkey experience we have a fleet of installation engineers who can install and commission the gas detection system to meet your deadlines. Finally, as part of an IGD turnkey experience we provide our clients with free system training and ongoing aftercare service with traceable calibration and service reports.
Installation and Commissioning Support
Clients can use their own engineers/electricians to install our gas detection equipment. If this is requested, we can provide training to correctly install and site the gas detectors, plus provide full wiring diagrams and marked locations drawings. Our support staff are also available to help aide client’s engineers onsite with telephone and video call support.
Training and Aftercare Support
Even though we utilise world leading long life sensor technology, it is imperative to have the systems and detectors serviced regularly (you can read more about this here). We provide flexible service contracts that take the hassle out of remembering to service the equipment. In addition, when you have a service contract with IGD, the systems are under a perpetual warranty for the duration of the contract. Our aftercare contracts are flexible to meet clients’ needs and application requirements. However, all contracts do have perpetual warranty on equipment and client first approach.
We have a fleet of service engineers and support staff to provide clients with effective service. We provide a full system report and service report with calibration certificates, with a copy provided to the clients at the end of the service visit.
In addition we also offer free training for our clients. The training can cover anything from Owner Operator to undertaking the service themselves with an IGD engineer auditing the site once a year. To learn more about our training contact us today.
